'IN PURSUIT OF REPETITIVE BEATS' TOUR - BELFAST
TECHNICAL PARTNER

This year’s Belfast XR Festival was a celebration of the cutting-edge in immersive storytelling—and Aura was thrilled to be part of the action. As a tech partner for the 2025 edition, we played a key role in delivering 'In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats', a groundbreaking XR experience that blends rave culture with immersive documentary, to local audiences.
Produced by East City Films and created by Director Darren Emerson, 'In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats' is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning interactive VR adventure that takes audiences on a multi-sensory journey back to 1989, immersing them in the euphoric rave scene that revolutionised music and society.
The experience kicked off its tour in Birmingham before moving to Brighton and then to Belfast, to be hosted in Carlisle Memorial Church as part of Belfast XR Festival 2025.
