Now, enter the Poetry Dome and experience Medusa’s Notebook, an immersive digital story offering a unique perspective on Belfast’s past, present, and futures.

BAFTA nominee Roisin Gallagher voices Medusa in a vivid narrative poem by acclaimed Belfast poet Maria McManus, a former BIAF Artist-in-Residence.

Soundscape by NI Music Album of the Year winner Arborist (Mark McCambridge) and dome animation by Aura Digital, directed by Dee Harvey.

For this project, Aura provided Project Consultation and 2D animation, projection mapped to a pop-up inflatable dome. The piece was on display at 2 Royal Avenue for 8 days as part of the Belfast International Arts Festival in November 2024.
